Meet Ryan Karcher
Ryan has been a key member of IAS for 6 years, leading with passion and dedication. His journey in the aquatic industry began over two decades ago as an importer of exotic fish for the aquarium trade in Florida. What started as a hobby turned into a career as he began working for Aquatic Eco-Systems in 2010. Ryan joined IAS in 2019 as Sales Manager before stepping into his current role. Ryan now leads our Executing Technical Sales Team along with managing aquaculture projects and capital equipment sales. After working with Ryan, you’ll quickly respect his deep technical understanding of aquatic equipment and systems.
What keeps Ryan motivated?
Ryan says, “There’s never a dull moment — always something new.” His energy and adaptability keep him thriving in the fast-paced world of aquatic systems sales. This mindset is perfectly captured by his favorite quote:

Beyond the Office
When Ryan isn’t leading the sales team, he enjoys spending time playing baseball and exploring his passion for pyrotechnics — a unique hobby that lights up his creativity outside of work.
