The new Branson Aquarium Holding Facility in Branson, Missouri is a world class quarantine facility with systems designed, built and supplied by Integrated Aqua Systems, Inc. The holding and quarantine systems were designed for creatures to be displayed at the brand new Aquarium at the Boardwalk in Branson, Missouri slated to open in 2020.
The project includes nine (9) independent recirculating systems with twenty-eight (28) fiberglass tanks ranging from 100 gallons up to 20ft diameter with a total capacity of over 60,000 gallons of water. IAS designed the systems with maximum energy and labor efficiency in mind by utilizing new X-Series HEX drum filters as the primary mechanical filtration on system 1 through 4. INTEGRATED™ Filtration Systems (IFM systems) with HDPE constructed sumps including integrated BioE biofilters provide the best space utilization. Efficient temperature control systems maintain ideal conditions for maintaining important aquatic livestock. Prominent Controls monitoring, control and alarm systems were built-in to provide real-time water quality data with remote access and notifications. Professional startup, commissioning anduser group training was provided by an experienced IAS Project Manager.
