The flexible bladder also incorporates a design which can handle
sudden pressure surges or temperature changes that have proven to
create stresses and fatigue in a conventionally molded, solid one-piece
filter tanks.

Automatic
Backwash Systems

Hydromation™
Automatic Backwash Valves provide automation for the
filter, rinse and backwash cycles. Available with pressure
or time clock actuation, Automatic backwash systems
eliminate the maintenance labor and concerns of timely
cleaning cycles with traditional manual backwash systems.
The Hydromation valves and controls can be easily installed
on existing systems or used for new applications and
is available for both top mount and side mount filters.
Integrated Aqua Systems offers the HydroMation™
in sizes of 1-1/2”, 2”, and 3”. The
control board is build right into the valve housing
for easy installation and has a manual external touch
control pad for system checking or to initiate an extra
backwash cycle if required.
